You and your mate have been working hard building your life's dreams together. At the end of the day take time out to relax each other with this sensual foot massage.

Before starting your stress relief regimen, you will need just a few staples. Have several clean towels nearby for wiping off excess oils and for cleaning up any spills. Also have some candles and a jar or application bottle for storing the massage oils. Be sure to clean your bedroom or the space you choose, the night before to create a pleasant and relaxing environment.

Setting the Mood

This is a great massage to do in the bedroom, after a relaxing hot bath or shower. Arrange plenty of cushions or pillows at the head of the bed, so that your partner can lean back and enjoy the massage. For a romantic mood, dim the lights and decorate the room with long red candles. Turn on some sensual music and prepare this love potion for sipping on during your massage.

Mulled Wine Love Potion

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of red wine of your choice
  • 1 large organic orange
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 12 whole cloves (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  1. Empty bottle of red wine into a stainless steel or ceramic saucepan and add slices of your orange and lemon.
  2. Add all other ingredients, stir with wooden spoon and cover.
  3. Simmer over a gentle heat (be careful not to allow your wine to boil) for about 20 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve while still warm in suitably sexy glasses with come to bed eyes.
Sultry-Sweet Sensual Massage Oil

  • To one ounce of jojoba (or base oil of your choice) add
  • 3 drops jasmine essential oil
  • 34 drops sandalwood essential oil

  1. Mix ingredients together in a container.
Sensual Foot Massage

  1. Put three or four drops of massage oil in you hand, then lightly rub the palms together to spread it evenly. Take the right foot in a sandwich hold, with one hand across the top of the foot and the other across the sole. Hold for a minute or two, breathing quietly as you maintain contact.
  2. Keeping the same hand position as Step 1, stroke the hands down the foot, towards the ankle, then slide back to the toes. The pressure should be firm, but pleasurable. Do this movement three times.
  3. Support the outside edge of the foot, so that the toes rest on the heel of your hand. Use the heel of the other hand to stroke down the inside edge of the foot from the big toe to the base of the heel. Work slowly and smoothly. Return the hand to the toe, and fan the inside edge in the same way twice more.
  4. Now support the inside edged of the right foot, by holding your partner’s toes quite firmly. Use the other hand to stroke down the outside edge of the foot, from the little toe, working slowly and smoothly. Repeat this action two more times.
  5. Ask your partner to bend his or her knee, so that the foot rests flat on the bed. Apply a little more oil to your hands, then place both hands on the top of the foot-one slightly higher than the other. Stroke down the foot from the toes, and continue to stroke up the leg to the knee, using light pressure. Slide back down to the toes, using no pressure. Repeat twice more.
  6. Cup both hands around the heel, so that they point in opposite directions and one is higher than the other. Slide the hands up the lower leg to the knee; this helps release stored tension, so keep the pressure reasonably heavy. slide down the heal area, using no pressure, and repeat twice more. To finish, use alternate hands to stroke over the top and sole of the foot. Repeat sequence on other foot.

Take turns massaging each other. You may want to massage each other both in the same night, or perform your partner’s massage one night, then the next night is your turn. You could even perform each others massages at the same time. Whichever you choose, this foot massage will help to relieve the built up stress from everyday life.
